I really appreciate Andrew's hard work and stand up character. He was very professional and polite throughout the buying process. We were 8 months pregnant and a lot going on and Andrew worked with us to make the buying process is easy as possible during this stressful time. He is very communicative with us and the buyers. He was honest and very helpful with us regarding our expectations. He was also very helpful regarding recommendations with anything dealing with house buying (i.e. inspectors, plumbers, etc). I've had a bad experience with realtors before so it was a breath a fresh air to find someone that I can trust for my buying housing needs. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew on a transaction we just closed on. It was not an easy close but one thing he didn’t do was give up. Full disclosure, I have known Andy for over ten years from a church small group that we both attended. That being said, when it came time for my wife and me to purchase our first home, Andy was the first and most obvious choice based both on what we knew of his professional experience and from knowing him personally as a kind and honest person. When I started my search I didn't have a clue where to look. I probably spent a month just looking on different realty websites and making phone calls that typically ended with the realtor telling me the home was already sold. I eventually asked around and was given Andy's contact information. From the start he was patient and helpful. It only took one day and we found the right home for me. Through the whole buying process he stayed in touch even reaching out to the builders and lenders for me. Without Andy's help I would still be running in circles. Andrew is very professional and very patient. We looked at a number of homes but the market was so hot,we kept getting outbid. Multiple offers on the houses we liked. But we persevered, one of the homes we had liked, their financing fell through and Andy was on it immediately. We got our offer in within hours based on Andy's good advice and knowledge of the market. The seller accepted and the rest is history.
